Like many, in high school, I was designated as the kicker simply because I was a former soccer player with a strong leg.  Little did I know that I would get offered scholarships to play a sport I would eventually fall in love with. 

Committing to Northern Illinois changed my life thanks to Coach Novak and Coach Sabock.  This is where I learned how to become an adult, overcome adversity, and most importantly; learn what real work ethic and communication looked like.  I have used these skills to push players past their limits and build organic relationships with families and coaches across the country.

Coaching is a passion of mine, not a hobby.  With 20 years of excperience, I have had the honor of mentoring over 500 college football players and multiple NFL athletes.  I believe that every athlete presents different characteristics, of which, can be successful in their own right.  My style of coaching is not a “one size fits all” and the expectation is that if you WORK towards your goals, they can be achievable.

Mentoring kids to new heights is one of my biggest joys and on multiple occasions, working with a young athlete, they don’t see the vision 3 years down the road.  When reality hits and they achieve a dream they have been working for, it all makes sense.
