Like many kickers, in high school I was designated as the kicker simply because I was a former soccer player with a strong leg.  Little did I know that I would get offered scholarships to play a sport I would eventually fall in love with. 

Committing to Northern Illinois changed my life thanks to Coach Novak and Coach Sabock.  This is where I learned how to become an adult, overcome adversity, and most importantly; learn what real work ethic and communication looked like.  I have used these skills to push players past their limits and build organic relationships with families and coaches across the country.

Coaching is a passion of mine, not a hobby.  With 20 years of experience, I have had the honor of mentoring over 500 college football players and multiple NFL athletes.  I believe that every athlete presents different characteristics, of which, can be successful in their own right.  My style of coaching is not a “one size fits all” and the expectation is that if you WORK towards your goals, they can be achievable.

There have been multiple occasions when I’ve worked with a young athlete and they didn'’t believe in themselves. Through hard work, determination, and dedication, they’ve found a confidence and achieve a dream they’ve been working towards. Seeing that click is one of the greatest joys in my life.
